Hey guys
Went out last night and found what looks to be an old spur. Just wanted to see if anyone had any info on it. its made of brass i think and has 7 points of which 5 are broekn off. two of them still have the round ends on them. It came from the back of a 1700's house so it could be old i guess. Theres a design on the insid of the spur that looks to be leaves. any info would be great. Thanks and happy easter.
Keith

I'm thinking child's spur as well. There would be points on a real one--not rounded "lobes."

I agree. They are probably child spurs from around the 1950's. Not because of the rounded rowels, because some adult spurs use rounded rowels, but because of size and material used.
