Just going by, the best i can see it looks like some micro flaking on the square edges , so i would guess yes.

I don't believe it's a broken point and if it was used as a scraper it wasn't used much. imo, keep on searchin thg.

A flake tool is made from the left over pieces when knapping an item. They would take the chips and work the edges for a quick disposable tool. A spoke shave was also a strike off pieces but curved and the edges worked. It could be used to skin an animal or strip fiber from a plant for cordage.

These are Spokeshaves the ones here are usually thicker pieces of flint with a U shape on them for skinning spears and things like that. They need to be sturdy to scrape with pressure.

Skinning Spears? Respectfully, neither of the two pieces appear to be spokeshaves, could you post some different angles of those two pieces? Perhaps they are, I’m just not seeing what you’re seeing.

Hmm, I'm pretty sure I see one that could pass for a spokeshave, but not two.
