✅ SOLVED Possibly from the Cival war?

I found this metal piece near where the Cival war took place. It has about a 2’ metal rod attached and screw threads at the tip. Any idea?

Could be a fireplace poker

Fireplace poker definitely. I have one identical to that (1980's).

Though it could have been from a home during the Civil War. ;-)
