Listed a couple TI-83 silver edition calculators together for $50 at end of last month. Got a $45 offer on them within 5 minutes of listing it. Before I could respond to his offer (literally 1 minute 30 seconds later) as I was working on another listing, he hit the BIN button and purchased them.
Guy received his item on July 3rd, Monday. He messaged me via ebay after 9pm that same day saying one of the calculators had stiff or sticky keys, and asked what I intended to do about it. This was not true at all actually, I checked everything on both calculators. This isn't my first rodeo. I didn't check my ebay page until around noon on Wed. the 5th and that's when I saw the negative fb and his message to me.
His message to me... New message from: alexandervanberg I'm not happy about this order. Almost half the keys on one of the calculators have some kind of stickiness or stiffness. This is not good at all. This should have definitely been disclosed. I would have to ask how you intend to resolve this.
The feedback he left me... Keys were very stiff on one item. No seller communication.
So within 36 hours of messaging me during an extended holiday weekend, he decided I wouldn't be communicating with him and left me the negative. I went back and forth with this clown about holidays and giving someone until the day after a holiday or a weekend to respond, but I found I was arguing with a tree stump that had a limb stuck in his craw, so I stopped.
The only reason I'm throwing this out there is because he buys many Texas Instrument calculators and there are many on here that sell them so beware, don't give him a reason. He is lightning quick to leave negative feedback. He's on my blocked buyers list now.
