Posting for Monsterman

[DigginThePast]

I'm posting this here for monsterman, I didn't want to just move his post from the Art section.

Please help me ID artist signature and is this a print? Thanks so much.

Here is a link to photobucket where I have the two prints by the same artist.

The title of the picture looks to be "Early Evening" and the III after might mean that it's one of a series in a "tryptich" I doubt it's old, and was probably done in 1979. Good luck on the signature....can't decipher that.. HH M
