Pottery age and type

I found this large shard of pottery in Georgia and was wondering if anyone had any ideas to its age and/or type. 20181206_161757.jpeg
 

It's beautiful. And how fitting for the time of year!

I'm gonna guess that it's mid to late 19th century and American. But someone else will know for sure!
 

1950's Currier&Ives pattern made by Royal China. This pattern was a give away premium from A&P grocery stores.

Your piece was once a gravy boat.

^^^ I Google'd it. He's right. OUCH, I was waaay off. I guess that's what you call "treasure eyes".

Still a beautiful piece though!
