Got out to a cellar i have been to before but only got 1 flat button last time..After reading in a book on the area i learned it was a
Rev War Veterans house..He was one of the "Boston Men" and was awarded this land for his service.He was described as a small thin man who possessed great strength and was know for walking rafters on a house on his hands..Was a good size cellar for sure.
I hit it low and slow going in briar a rough areas..
I included a pic of old black and white aerial views to show you how much the stone walls stick out..It's how i find lots of Colonial sites
Got 2 smoked coppers
A decent 1802 Draped Bust
Colonial chape
And other relics..Anyone know what kind of tool that is i found..It has small circular fitting in it that slide
Felt good to dig some Colonial but im back at it..
