found this at a yard sale this weekend. was used to keep birdshot, so is not as corroded as those exposed to black powder. unmarked.

Very nice I have seen some for around 150-250 range dont know if it is one of them but worth every penny you payed great find

Its from "American cap & flask Co."...the pattern is called "Hanging Game" (the name of the design)..if the seams are not broken and the opening mechanism works well it is worth more than the $5 you paid for it...in good shape you may get $80 on EB...maybe more im not an expert...nice score.
