Are you sure that's a toy? Looks like a really corroded partial REAL gun.

Thanks guys and I'm not sure if it is or not.. if so I'd like to know the story behind it I found it underneath the edge of the rotten porch...

That's really cool where did you find that at?

I'm pretty sure it's a toy though ..

Maybe someone was trying to hide it.

Unsolved mysteries... lol

apple cider vinegar... :)

Yes and a Coca Cola, eats straight through the rust

I was out in the woods in a nearby park, the one that has not given me a silver yet. : ( glad I found all this tho made it fun anyway

I know there's a story behind that 1 then great find!

Is it heavy? The cylinder of a real gun versus a toy gun is no comparison in weight. Cool looking site you have. Good luck.

.....not telling you your business but yours is in good enough shape that a serial # likely exists and it was likely used in a crime.....so at least you could be implicated in a stolen weapons case.If I were you I would hotfoot to the Sherrifs office....will save you some major splaining

Its only a cap gun : ) looks real till you flip it over and see the missing swivel door where the cap rolls go in it.

I believe your right...
