the fifth pic has very heavy bevel , the sixth has wierd flaking at the tail. reworked? Any help on the make and model of any would be great.

The base on the sixth picture looks like it was reworked from a longer point. Maybe a knife. The flakes run from base to point and are very narrow which would tell me it was correcting for something.
