got 2 more boxes today.

the second one was a big ZERO!

the first one wasn't too shabby.

1 1939 walker
2 1964
12 40%

and 2 pennies. i got robbed of .98 cents!

these results made me hit some more of my goals.

i now have 2 full rolls of 90% halves and a total of 10 rolls of silver, 2 90% and 8 40%.

gonna keep it up at about 2 boxes every other week.

Wow! Two Walker's? How often do you get those in box orders?

these are my first walkers in a while. i think i have about 5-6. the others came from a small bank by my house. they had about 100 rolls of halves not machine wrapped. i bought them out over a couple weeks.

i found good silver there.

these might be the only walkers from a box, i know i get franklins from boxes. i gotta think about this now. LOL

I find Franklins in box orders sometimes...All of my Walkers have come from hand rolled coin from small banks. HH

Congratulations on the silver,especially the Walker. They are my favorite half dollar design. I have found Walkers and Franklins in the boxes of halves. Of course the Walkers are more difficult to get,but they do show up. Continued good roll searching.

Excellent finds! So far, I have come out ahead in the "wrong type of coin in the roll" department. I've gotten 9 dimes so far in penny rolls. Also many, many Canadian pennies... 48 in one roll!
