I have sold stuff within 5 minutes of listing and I sold a video game as I was listing my next item. I research my prices and will go below market on some items just to move it. If you wanted $99 and got it you shouldn't feel bad. Buyer and seller are happy.

I sold one last night for $34/ gram within 5 min. Had two offers- 1 for $130, the other for $289. Spot was 8.3 I think. I would rather sell right away then have it sit up there for 6 months or longer!

As long as you do your research on the item, I wouldn't worry about it selling quickly.
This has happened to me many times and it might just be the one that the buyer sees first and wants it.

Its when you post a greedy price and it doesn't sell is when you're a loser...

I just bought a hat today for two dollars and listed for $35 best offer with free shipping. It sold in about four minutes flat. Guess it was worth more... Oh well. I would not have guessed it was worth $35 but I see some of them so for $80-150. Of course Munsell had the tag on it too.

Like it was said, if you got the price you asked for, be happy. Just research a bit more if it concerns you. I bought a vintage Nutone Food Center for $14.99 and with minimal research, listed it for $450 BIN. I wanted to sell it for as close to the prices of a new one ($499.00). It sold within an hour! To the guy who sells new ones! I knew I undersold it at that point but it was $450 I hadn't expected to get hours earlier. The guy received it Monday and it is currently listed for $899.00! If it sells for that amount, we will both have made about the same amount of profit! So I'm still satisfied…but will research items a tad further(maybe) in the future.

I wouldn't worry about it if it wasn't designer signed then you did real well with 2 grams of gold for $99.
