I got out this afternoon for about an hour and a half. Today was in the mid 40s, tomorrow is a 100% chance of rain and then it drops into the 20s for the next week or so. Needless to say this was probably the last hunt of 2017. The 3 silvers brought my total to 61 this year(most I have ever found) and the wheat pennies brought my total to 206. Im looking forward to see what next year will bring.

Wow, that's a great silver count for only 206 wheats. I've never come close to 1 silver per 3.37 wheats.
I have 233 wheats and 35 silver coins for the year, so far. I'm doing pretty good on IHP's with 10.

May your streak continue, thanks for posting and HH ALL.

Thanks! This was my best year ever. I had a lot of “firsts.”

Your killing it. Great ratio, now what to do with all the wheats? Congrats!

Yeah bruh I feel your pain, I'm not looking forward to the off-season of metal detecting. I'm not motivated to go out when it's colder than 40 degrees, usually. Looks like you were killing it this year.

Nice old coin shooting, congratulations! :occasion14:

Nice hunting. Looks like a lot of virgin country up there in Portage. Down our way in Martinsburg, we have more MDers per square mile than anywhere. Hard to find a place that hasn't been hit. Congrats.
