Prospecting in York/Lancaster area

Hello,
Would anyone know of any good places to prospect in the York/Lancaster area.
I heard that there are some creeks/rivers but I can't find much information about it. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

There is a gold panning seminar in Spring Valley Park each year but it is the only time you can pan there. Google it for more info. As for York, read the link.... PA-Gold.com

It's nice to know that there are places in the east coast where one could potentially have some fun panning and enjoying the outdoors.
