I have been looking to find an old Foster Goldscan 5C. I know Eric Foster worked with White's to design the Pulse Scan TDi. Finding a nice Goldscan is difficult. I see Pulse Scans all the time.

How does the Pulse Scan compare to the Goldscan?

Thanks - Mike

If looking for gold with a TDI. I have found a nugget at 10in in the ground weight .7 of gram about 2 feet underwater. Target rang out Loud and clear hit with 8in razorback coil. That is the smallest piece I have found personally. A 17.5 pennyweight with the stock coil at only a couple inches. Tracking black sands to locate flake gold an fines. Works great in all areas of metal detecting relics/nuggets/coin an jewelry.I love my TDI
