Pursuing the coins.

I'm new to CRH just started last week. In total I've gone through a few boxes. Dimes seem to be the best of luck for me followed by Halves. Nickels have been slow. Quarters were not in my favor.
Here are my result from one week of hunting.

Managed to find one box of halves in my town 1 out of the 9 had one in the vault.
Halves
Box 1: 1964d,1966,1967,1969d also got a 1986s Liberty and 1984s Kennedy.

Dimes
Box 1: 63d, 50d
Box 2: 3x 64d, 47p

Nickels
Box 1: pre 60's
Box 2: all 2012's
Box 3: 1939d and a few others

Quarters

Box 1: skunk
Box 2: 1954d

What seems to be the most exciting to find?

I have 3 boxes of halves coming in on Wednesday searching for a BEN and WALKER.

I'd say you did best in halves. But, this is a hobby, not a business, DO WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY!

congrats on the silver quarter. Those are few and very far in between I have heard. most of mine I either buy or I get through coinstar finds.

Nice finds, halves bore me senseless, dimes are best, always producing. Shoot, I'd rather hit the quarters lately, got to know they're giving more than the halves for me.

Thanks. I get another box of dimes and nickels today. Maybe I'll find a merc or rosie riding that elusive buffalo thisevening.(a herd of them preferably)

Wow...you just started and found a commemorative! I found my first one about 6 weeks ago and it's just like the one you found but it took me several months of hunting.
