I would agree. If it's silver, the value is its melt price.

If the other side has same rim it's someone's unfinished ring. If it's bottle capped shape possible die cap error and could be worth anywhere from a couple hundred to several thousand dollars

The rim does not appear to have been spooned(as in a ring), but the bust has wear which I think is odd?
