Quarter karma !

This was from Sunday the large sports field the city pool worker told me about.
The fake bling got me going for a minute you'd think that Chanel could at lest use silver!
Got a wheaty and my largest quarter haul ever 36! A little added twist with it. I was detecting the sports field and a woman jogger comes up to me and hands me a quarter (the bright one above the quarters). I tell her no that's ok but she insists, she speaks no english, so I take it and say thank you. Who am I to deny her a good deed. At the end of a 4 1/2 hour hunt the goody bag weighted about 3 lbs., felt like 10lbs! Back was killing me, but I was a happy hunter!
I also got 2 lumps of coal! Guess I'd better work harder on the being good part!

There's the usual trash...with the gold shiny nip caps!

Have to post this before the DD delivery truck parks between me and the free WiFi!

That's funny. So many people assume we do this because we're so broke we have to go out and dig up chump change just to survive or buy a crust of stale bread.
It's actually hilarious in a way.

But, the lady probably slept very well that night believing she had saved a destitute fellow human from starving to death for another day.

awesome heck! holy cow and gee whiz on the quarters! my best has been only eight and twice on that and I felt pretty good about that. I had a guy stop by the other day and throw a .999 silver piece (his good luck piece) down in front of me to see what it would read on my detector, I told him that if my wife had done it, it would have been finders keepers! it hit just like most of the cans I have dug up and i have dug a few up! congrats on the wonderful finds

Once while trying to get permission at a private property, a little old lady thought I
was looking for work. She says "oh hang in there hunny, you'll find work"
That of course after she denied me permission, lol I was at a total loss for words
and left that place so confused I sworeni was getting dementia lol

I figured the quarters were multiplied by the lady's good deed! My detector batteries are now paid for, for the rest of the year! Yeah!!!!

When I find that silver I have a feeling I'm going to need the truck to haul it away in! Murphy has a witty way about him.

The last "bit of copper pipe" I got is an old drain or water pipe and weighs about 4lbs, 1/4" thick and 10" long!

So look out silver here I come!!!!!

Hopefully mid month I get Internet service back...I hope.

Congrats on that huge hall! You got me beet! My most quarters in a hunt is 30....my buddy got 58 that same hunt too!
