Question about buying a claim

I'm currently looking into buying a claim in British Columbia Canada. What should I be looking for before I make the decision to go ahead and by one. I'm going to be runny s Highbanker to start.

First before anything get your paperwork together and Go there. Dont try to buy one sight unseen. Your money will be gone and you will not have a claim.

Ok thanks. I just PM'd Lanny and waiting for advice. In the meantime, I was wondering if anyone knows where I can look for claims for sale online. The one in question for me is on bcplacergoldclaims.com. Does anyone know of any other good sites I should be looking at?
