Question about Long island Banks

I just dumped a $500 box at a Commerce Bank in thier machine and they had to change the bag 5 times lol...is that normal and does anyone know of another bank nearby that has a better machine with no fees?

the Commerce Banks here are the same way except for the one in Ocean City, NJ. it took all $500 I put in it once.
At one branch the guy just lifted the nozzle and reset it using the same bag until I had put a full $500 into it. He said they all do that but most employees don't know it. That and the female tellers complain about the weight of the bags.
