Question about the NEW NOKTA POINTER?

I was wondering how long it takes for it to turn on. How long and hard do you have to push the on button? Do you have to turn it on while on the ground to ground balance?

My wondering is, Do you have to stop what your doing to make adjustments and fiddle with the buttons on the back?
