M assuming I just have a 1oz silver bullion. I know nothing about coins or anything. Found this at my dad's house and he said he had no clue where it came from and gave it to me. Any information on it or even a price value would be helpful, thanks in advance!

I guess it could be worth more to a collector than scrap silver,But on value my guess would be whatever a ounce of .999 silver is going for?

International Trade Unit/Silver Art Bars usually fetch on an average of about 15% over Silver spot. However, the scratches on the bar from someones attempt to clean it, could de-value it somewhat as Collectors of these want pristine, uncleaned Silver bars.

It's worth pretty much melt in the condition it's in. If it was in a wrapper/mint condition, maybe a small premium. It can be a much higher value depending on the assayer/production number.
