question on Fisher F Pulse pin Pointer Settings

this question is for those that have used the F Pulse pin pointer and knows how to set up the Sensitivity, I was finally able to purchase the F Pulse from a distributor, have played around with it a bit but I am a little confused as to the instructions to set the sensitivity higher or lower all I can understand is it has something to do with when you are in the setting to activate vibration mode or a tone mode or both vibrate and tone where I am having trouble figuring things out is how do you tell when you are in the setting to increase or decrese the sensitivity up or down the manual that came with the F Pulse is pretty vague on that one setting

Did you get to see the user's manual on page 8 and 9? You will get a different number of beeps or vibrates to indicate what mode you have selected. Once you get the feedback you want, stop pressing the button. The pinpointer should then exit out of the programming mode.
