Question? What's considered a box? 500$ or 1000$

Everyone talks about boxes. I just started CRHin and only get the type of long flat boxes that contain 500$. I have to order two such boxes for a total of 1000$.
I think I saw some big square boxes in the archives that looked to hold 1000$ in just one large box. Maybe I was mistaken. So when everyone says "box'' , do they mean 500, 1000, or both.Hope you are following my question. Seems like a single 1000$ box would be too heavy to handle for some people.

A box of halves holds $500. At least the ones that I get.

I have had some banks give me $20.00 long rolls of halves, but never saw a box that holds more than $500.00.

I know the $1 coins come in $1000 dollar boxes, but around my area halves are only in $500 dollar boxes.
