Questionable Relics

Hey everyone,
I have a few relics here from a civil war site. I know one of them is a Hardee's hat pin, but other than that, I am not sure what the other pieces are. If any of you guys have any idea, please let me know.

I'll give it a shot, 1st pic wreath off 2 piece buckle and a smashed rosette, 2nd pic looks like 2 sword belt plate keepers , very nice finds

Your rosette looks like a piece I found today. I Was thinking rosette but mine seemed too thin?? Kinda like yours.

richeysd76 is exactly right. The 2 brass (green) things are indeed keepers to sword belt plates. Some have a number on them. Great finds!

Yes, you have two Saber plate keepers, it looks like you're in a great spot!

Thanks you guys. Both of the sword belt keepers have numbers on them. Too bad they don't have matching buckles to go with them.
I wish there were a way to identify the rosettes with some certainty.

Get back there and dig those plates! Super nice tie-back (hat pin) rarely found in that condition any more . . . and where's the tongue to go with that wreath?? You got a SPOT there friend . . .

I've already been back and could not find the plates. Really disappointing. The sad part is that I had no clue what those belt fastening things were, so I forgot exactly where I dig them on the property. Makes me sick to my stomach, but it is what it is.

As far as the tongue goes for that wreath, I searched for it for over an hour and had no luck. Once again, really disappointing. It almost seems like someone cherry picked the spot I'm hunting, found the buckles, but didn't search for the other pieces.

For questionable items or even known items, plot your location if you can. I use an app called Find Plotter. Puts me right back on the spot when I head back out. HH!
