The rain cooled it down to around 75 so i figured id head to a peewee league football field that was once an old high school football field. Ive lived near this place for 3 years and today was the first opportunity i had to detect it. I suppose i wouldve had other opportunities but i dont like audiences lol. anyhow I managed about 2.50 in clad, that rainbow pin, and a 1944 wheat. The wheat is #122 on the year for me. This field is a standard 100x50 yard field with a track all the way around it, and i only did a small section so now i know i got a go to spot real close to home for a quick clad fix now and then!! If anything its like "training" for the good spots!! Thanks for checkin out the finds and HH!! IMG01210-20130624-1948.webpIMG01211-20130624-1948.webp

Nice finds cjon.

Yep. It's always good to have a nice, close to home spot. They come in handy and they surprise a lot!!

Nice!
HH!

yeah its nice to have a decent spot near home. for some reason, permission in my immediate neighborhood isnt easy to come by, i wonder if it is because alot of it got flooded 2 yrs ago and theyre a bit sensitive to it? i dunno.....
