Looks like I'm a little late as most of the tearouts are being updated with fresh cement. However, there were still a few spots that I just had to hit since I totally missed most of 'em. Able to pull out 4 wheats, 1920, 28, 35, 57D, 1 rosie 1956, and a '64 Quarter. Also had a lady try and sell me a bunch of (stolen?) goods:icon_scratch:and would not leave. Sorry, no pics this time but thought I would share with everyone.

i love finding the old coins. Unfortunately, where I live there are no sidewalks! Nice finds.

Not sure the police would even show up in that "hood" :laughing7:. I was actually a little nervous and when I say quickie hunt I mean that I would park my truck real close to spot I was hunting, jump out, swing, dig, recover then head to the next patch of open sidewalk. The shady lady, of course, was walking the same direction as I was moving along and kept offering things like bike pumps, bike locks, lighters, even cigarettes. It was like she had a seven-eleven in her trench coat. :laughing7:
