Hi Tim,
Long time no see. Thanks for the tip but I don't think it was a wine company. I'm thinking train service to reedley And kingsburg from fresno Or hotel key tag. Found at demo by fresno community hospital back in 2000. That was a fun demo to hunt many turn of the century homes were torn down.

There was a prominent department store in Fresno called "Radin & Kamp" I wonder if it might be a tag from them. A coat check or umbrella check ...?
