I have found what i belive to be a railroad luggage tag it has MOB x OHIO R R 2931 under this it says WAY i would like to know age and price can't tell what type of metal it is think it's brass or copper

as for pricing you could go to the website below or others like it, where collectors would surely help.
here's a couple of collector website. i look for a contact email listed and ask. some answer some don't.
pricing you would have to get more than one reply to attempt to get a concensus.
