You Can only get so wet.. I however don't always have the whole day to myself. I found alot today. Most you all have seen enough by now. Lots of nice pottery.. two pieces of nice looking material that isn't common showed up today. One ..a deep blue flake knife..the other is just a section of a nodule of very high grade chert. Its good to see this on that site. Also two pipe stems ,one is the first I have found with designs other than just at the base of the bowl.

Gator have you ever seen those old pipe stems done up in display? I see the colonial hunters do it and they look great. Nice finds that flint really pops in the rain unless you wear glasses to hunt like me.

that flake looks like some of our materials up this way. looks like a great day out ...cool pipe stems too :icon_thumright:
 
Thanks. It rained but it was 82 in mid December. I'll take it.
 
been warm here too in the upper 50s low 60s should be 45/30 normally ..ive been taking advantage of it.
