This is a bit of topic - but meant to help you get out and about.

Due to a pain that just wouldn't go away - I could not walk more then 1/2 a block without tears welling up.. threatening to expose my pain.

I did finally find a non prescription that works long enough for me to enjoy nature. It may work for you as well.
