Folks,

Tomorrow night for supper will be a bit of a mediterranean thing. I whipped up some home made baba ganoush this afternoon ahead of time(a great eggplant dip), I'll be making some homemade hummus shortly. I find they taste better when prepared a day ahead of time.

And tomorrow I'll be cooking up this dandelion dish....funny thing is he's Italian descent and he bought his dandelions at the market heck I picked mine wild this morning just like you're supposed to do....
