Mississippi did too Simon. It was a no brainer. The judge and jury we're in Texas. You could not contest the verdict. The camera company couldn't define what was considered a complete stop. They hired retired folk half blind like me to make the final decision. Just in one city of 25,000 they had 179,000 in unpaid fines. The voters of Ms. spoke and the legislator voted them out. It was nothing but a scam.
