as you will see, he cooked various things all weekend, I did not get a lot of his cooking, because I was off helping the girls with sides and food prep. Wed - Fri we provided dinner for 250-300 peeps. He also cooked 40 butts for Saturday where we fed over 500.

Just had 2 eagles flying over head. couldn't get camera to focus. realized lens was fogged up. ran in and got cloth. got it cleaned. they came back and the flipping battery died! This photography stuff is challenging for me!

Here's the most recent info I could find....seems to be still up in the air and stalled because of lack of funding. From what the narrator says this has been an on again/off again project to 6 years now.

Folks,

We grow garlic in our garden among other things and they've produced some scapes. Kind of an immature seedpod which should be snipped off so the bulbs fatten up. Waste not want not so we'll probably use this simple recipe to use them in the next couple of days.
