Need a scale. The cylinder release does not seem to be the same.
Maybe I can get a decent pic of the other side.
Too bad there is some minor pitting. This Missouri humidity is hard on guns.

I think so but for this one has a 6 inch barrel and no red ramp. Still should be a model 19 I would think.

This is where the Model # is located on a Model 19......... IF, its pre 1957 it has NO Model #

A pre 1957 ,S&W 357 Mod.19 is worth a few bucks.And worth sending back to S&W for refinishing

Thanks GB. It feels great in the hand. I would like to find something a little more concealable for carrying every day. You never know these days. This used to be a really safe area.
