Found this Brooklyn Fire Dept button! I’ve already spoke with the curator of the New York City fire museum! I work in lower manhattan so if they get back to me that they want it I will bring it to them on my lunch break tomorrow!! The BFD was from 1869-1898 and was absorbed into the fdny 1898.
