Rattler Headphones question.

Has anyone used these headphones? I was thinking of getting some for my MXT Pro while hunting with my 8 yr. old son and his coinmaster pro. First, do they work well, also does it take a lot of practice to block out most of the unwanted chatter from the locals in the park/beach?

Also since right now I only have the Royal Gt headphones which my son is taking over, what is a good full headset with the noise limiter and volume controls for the MXT Pro? I have been hearing a lot about grey ghost's but wondered what most others use.
