Read Buckleboy's W & E article & Tnet Members Finds in American Digger Mag.
Buckleboy's very informative article on cleaning and preserving buttons just came out in the Feb. issue of Western & Eastern Treasures Magazine.
Recent finds from other Tnet members are also pictured in the Jan. issue of American Digger Magazine in the "Just Dug' section. They are:
Treasurehound's (Randy's) rare CS Infantry button dug at the Relic Rescue hunt in Nov. at Brandy Station VA.
Ringfinder's (Denny's) Native American Hammer stone made of quartz.
The acorn bullet I dug at a CS Cavalry camp that made Banner.
These are people I know but I'm sure other Tnet members may have finds pictured but I don't know their real names-only their Tnet name. HH, Quindy.
Note-I just received an email from American Digger that my friends Donnie (Tennessee Digger) & his wife Julia Vaughn who are legendary relic hunters from Tennessee will be on the AD "Relic Roundup" internet show next Mon. night (Mike Post from Woodland Detectors and I were both on that show last Fall). If you like to dig relics, you will not want to miss that show. I was asked to interview them for an upcoming article in AD and we sat in a Cracker Barrel restaurant for 4 hours and I was thoroughly entertained with their stories the whole time. Visit the AD magazine website and there's a link to listen to the show at 9pm. E.S.T.
