Really new but really interested

Hi!

About a week ago I opened up a full piggy bank that my mom gave me from when she was a kid, and I opened it up. I got really interested in looking at the coins and have been researching ever since. My dad gave me some plastic containers he had full of pocket change and I have been looking through that, too. Then he remembered that his dad had left a lot of stuff when he passed so we got out a bin full of old coins, stamps, etc. I have been trying to identify some stuff and I just cant find a lot of it, so I will be uploading some pictures onto the "What is it" forum and I hope to get some answers!
