Recovering a diamond ring

I have a lead on a diamond engagement ring that was lost in the cracks of a jetty. Any suggestions as to how to recover it? Taking apart the jetty is not an option.

Your probably going to have a lot of competition

Get a 9 buck harbor freight pin pointer, take it apart and extend the detecting tip with a long piece of
PVC so you can get down in the crevices.
