Red in rock, maybe rubies.

Best picture I could get in sunshine. The red crystals in this rock shine more than this camera will pick up but wanted to share and get some opinions from those who know some about rubies. Thanks everyone.

Not likely Rubies, at least doesn't look like host rock or rubies here in Western North Carolina.

I have to agree, Not Rubies!

Mixture of Clear, White & Rose quartz.. Thus giving the clear quartz a pinkish or reddish appearance.
