REED GULCH GOELER WASH PROSPECTING

Hi and Happy Easter to everyone. I was out at Goeler wash this past weekend and saw many people prospecting. Was wondering if anyone is headed out that way soon or would like to get a group outing in that general area. Other location suggestions and all info welcomed.

Do you belong to any of the clubs? I believe a good majority of that area is claimed. I've been wanting to go out that way but have no clue where to start. I was considering the Taft club or Valley prospectors to gain access to some ground out there.

Taft has some great claims. Benson Gulch, however there is a waiting list to join it. At least there used to be. Valley Prosp. and O.C 49ers have good claims as well

There is some open area as well. Pat Keene's group goes out there often. gpaa.net for info. Club meetings are the 3rd Thursday and outings are usually the 4th weekend. Good Times.
