When I was in Hong Kong I had to convert Hong Kong dollars to US to figure out what the cost was I was spending because it seemed prices were very high. It turned out 1 Hong Kong dollar was .13 cents in American, took 7.5 HK dollars to make one US dollar and turned out prices weren't that high.


That carton of 4 bottles of Chivas Regal that was $593 HK dollars was only $79.00 US dollars, plus it came with a Chivas Regal rolling carry on luggage.
