My best guess as far as the date goes would be 1790 - 1820.
I can make out 'Treble Gilt' but not much else? :icon_scratch:

1830’s -1840’s, maybe a few years earlier. Backmarks, although they existed, typically didn’t find their way onto button backs until around then. Nice finds. Louisiana can be difficult
