Hello. Spent some more time at the home where I grew up at and swung the Deleon for a little while. I know my finds aren't much but I hope they will encourage others like me that just get to go out and find whatever I can find.

Added another ear ring, just cheap from WM. My niece dropped by this morning and told me she bought it there three years ago and lost it last year in the back yard.

Found a really cool old tag off of some Chicken. An old Purex Bleach top, another car, couple of buttons and a strange whatzit along with a lot of other junk. The end of the whatzit appeared to hold a stone at some point, and it looks like the decorative end off of an umbrella or walking stick. Thanks for looking.

Cleaned out my find bag and found this marble I had forgotten about. It appears to be made out of glass??

Here is the picture of the Tire iron, an eye bolt a handle off an old paint brush and some pieces of scrap.

nothing wrong with Relic Hunting, I love to relic hunt. It is just that as old as the house is there should be some good coins there somewhere. The place is over 100 years old and when it was in its prime had a couple of chicken coops on the property. The owners raised chickens for sale and also sold eggs. There were three old buildings on the property when we bought it and that is why I am finding so much junk.

Oh yeah forgot to post the tire Iron I dug up too.

It looks like a wide variety of finds your getting. Way to go on that yard work.

If nothing else, the things are interesting and makes you wonder more.

marble is the type used in games like chinese checkers...

Yeah I didn't think it was anything special. My mom did say though that she has a jar full of glass marbles that she had when she was a kid. Told me she would look for them. I told her I thought some marbles may be valuable.

Nice finds. Relics are always interesting. Just think, since you know you will detect that place again, you have removed a lot of targets that may be hiding some silver next time. As we tell each other, you never find it all. Hit that place a day after the ground is soaked and maybe you will locate the right signal(s) to bring home the precious metals. Good job on your hunts! ;D
