religious statue

Was out hunting behind our local hospital near the site of a turn of century Indian school and found this little brass case with somthing rattling inside. I gently opened it up and found this religious statue inside.

He's right. Cool as it gets. I don't know if I have seen anything like that. Now, supposedly if you bury St. Joseph upside down in the earth, your house will sell fast. Think this was real estate related? Anymore, one needs to bury all the saints to get things done.

very nice!! A friend of mine dug 1 a few years ago.After some research it was concluded they were carried by soldiers overseas during WW1.I forgot the exact name for that particular relic.Some go way back to civil war also
