Took a better look at the hit made by Dragonasia... isn't that where on your 2016 map dowsing, I'd marked a couple red rectangles?
The only coins I get are shallow and due east from both of our hits (red circles on 2016 map dowsing).

referring to the red circle and as you said east of the red.
