RESTORED BRACELET

[EARTHWORKS]

Found this over the weekend at a old historical site. It came out of the ground in three different pieces and three different holes. It took four days to restore and I did add new stones that were missing.

I am so glad that someone has the courage to restore jewelry like this. Older jewelry is highly collectable, and this is a great improvement over a piece in three separate pieces all dirt colored.

The price tag on a restored piece like this could be quite nice. Excellent work!

That looks great. I was with earthworks when he found this and it didn't look like much at the time and he's really cleaned it up and fixed it up. This was found at an historical site (yes, we had permission). :-)

Question: Is that a bezel around the largest stone? I was just wondering if it originally had a much larger stone?

wow. thats amazing. too bad you dont have any before pictures. it would have been cool to see the difference. but still great job. My mom went to school for Jewelry and watch repair so im lucky that I have all her tools to use for it.

Thanks for all the posts. The metal seems to be brass with some kind of gold covering. The stone would have been larger.
