Returned to the family homestead today. The plan was to do some video while we were there but, rain. Rained on and off for the first two hours and my wife and I were having serious issues finding much of anything good. I was working the old farm road back into the fields and she was working the upper field. She was using the Deus 2 with full remote with 9" coil and I was using the WS6 Master with 11" coil and stereo headphones. She was using sensitive full tones, and I was using forager or my own version of sensitive full tones with morph 2.
My first finds were these suspender items, I think.
Next was what I thought to be a KGIII. I'm not so sure now. Still looking into it. It kind of looks like a young head KGII bust facing right and the lettering goes around the head. But it's a coin and I'm happy! Third pic shows the last two digits of the date better "70", so 1770. Damn, 6 years off, why couldn't it have been 1776? Could have made my year!
Next, I found this button. I've never seen anything like it. Have you?
My wife ended up having a good day too. She found this I.D. tag, can't read anything on it though.
Then toward the end of the day, she yelled that she found a coin. As I got close, she said maybe it's not a coin, she said it had nothing on either side, and it was thick. She handed it to me, and I told her she had something special, obverse and reverse were slick, but I could see text on the edge. I'm still not sure which large cent it is, a Flowing Hair or a Liberty Cap. It has "ONE HUNDRED FOR A DOLLAR" followed by a single leaf. Somewhere between 1793-1795 is all I'm sure about at this point. The coin is warn, diameter is 28.3mm and the weight is 11.67 grams. The diameter is closer to the Liberty Cap (29mm).
Here's the part that sucks for me. I worked the same area she found this coin four times with two different coils, the 11" and the HF2. I never heard the coin. She hit the coin and I missed it!

She found a bunch of small items we still haven't gone through yet. If there is anything worth posting, I'll post them later.
