Returning a class ring that I found * Update* see below

SEE UPDATE

I got a reading of 3 and 30 on my Minelab Explorer, and thought it was aluminum trash, but was a class ring for a 2008 graduate.
I did some research on the school name,the chosen designs and inintails on the inside.
It will be a surprise for her, as I have already made plans to give it back to her.
Her SMILE will be my REWARD.

Well I returned a ring today , to a H.S. cheerleader in Mechanicsburg Pa.
I had asked the "Cheer coach" when the girl would be around, and today was the day.
I had also told the coach to "not let the cat out of the bag." I arrived and found the coach, and she called the girl over.
I opened my hand with the ring ,held it out in front of her and asked if she "had ever gone to Gifford Pinchot Park."
Her mouth opened, she said OH ! a couple of times ,gave me a BIG hug, and I watched the wonderful flow of emotions that came forth, the kind that only children can produce.
She bolted to her cell phone to tell her parents, came back and hugged me again.
She had a wonderful beaming smile that lit me up as well.

Tis the season to be jolly! Tis the time for love and cheer! Ahhhh..........and....tis the season to make one's life so much happier....simply by returning a lost ring.
Great job! You think all of the presents in the world could have given her the joy that you brought her? Well..............maybe a new Porsche or BMW...LOL
